Oncology assays
We offer a set of in vitro efficacy tests using cellular tests for oncology studies:
- Cell Proliferation: A broad range of proliferation assays (MTT, Cell Titer Glo, BrdU incorporation) that can be used with a wide variety of cell types
- Apoptosis tests: Apoptosis tests are typically done by FACS but can also use a plate reader.
- Antibody binding on target cells: robust assays that allow sensitive and repeatable detection of binding events
- In Vitro Angiogenesis: In vitro angiogenesis factors are measured using tube formation by primary endothelial cells (typically primary HUVEC cells)
- Toxicity assays (eg ADCC, ADCP, CDC tests): Antibody Dependent Cell Cytotoxicity (ADCC) and Complement Dependent Cytotoxicity (CDC) Tests
